I stayed here two years in a row. Since I had a good experience in the first, I decided to try my chance again and booked a room for two people for 13 nights. The receptionists took my request into consideration and gave me the exact room I requested during the reservation. This was a great welcoming. They took pre-autorization from my credit card but as it was promised, they withdrew it till check-out date. The “Studio Room” was very comfortable, spacious and silent. Air-conditioner was working properly and the room temperature was fine even in the middle of July. The location was amazing. The view from the room and balcony was very pleasant.

We were instantly impressed by Nemea Appart Hotel when we were welcomed by friendly and professional reception staff who stored our bags for us when we arrived early. Our room was comfortable, immaculately clean and larger than we expected. The hotel had a heated pool and affordable buffet breakfast option. The location is good too - while you are a little too far from the beach for an ocean view, it's just a short 5-7min walk to the beach, markets and shopping strip. We chose this hotel because it was well-priced and had moderate expectations - instead, we experienced exceptional service and facilities!

The bed was super comfy. We had been traveling all day and went to bed pretty early because we were tired, and we both had a really good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed that it is pet friendly, our cats were safe and sound. Another thing was that the kitchen was a good size for a little space and we were able to prepare our own food. That is important to us as travellers because we cannot always get our dietary requirements in restaurants.

The room was very well appointed and, being an apartment, had its own "mini" kitchen, albeit with some odd pots, pans and cutlery. Very large TV was a bonus. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The staff were very amenable and helpful. The location was fine being just 8 or so minutes from the waterfront and the main square with numerous bars and restaurants. The pool was a nice addition....but see below!

Swimming pool with sauna plus gym in the basement feels nice to calm body & mind. Overall, I felt happy here while visiting Cannes, Nice & Monaco for the first time!
